Summary

1. Data we collect ourselves

None. We do not operate servers that receive data from the game. All game state is kept locally on your device in the app's private storage and is removed when you uninstall the app. You can also reset it at any time in Settings → Reset progress.

2. Data processed by third parties

The game contains no analytics SDK, no social network SDK and no trackers other than the Google AdMob advertising SDK described in section 3.

3. Advertising

PicQuad shows ads supplied by Google AdMob: a full-screen ad between some levels, and rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for extra tries, extra seconds or coins. We never show an ad during play.

To serve those ads, the AdMob SDK processes your device's advertising ID, an approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with the ads. Google may use this to select ads, measure them and limit how often you see the same one. Details are in how Google uses data in AdMob and in Google's partner policy.

Your choices. You can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which also lets you opt out of personalised advertising. You can remove ads from the game permanently with the one-time Remove ads purchase in the shop.

Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Before the first ad request, the game asks for your consent through Google's certified consent management platform, and your answer decides whether you see personalised ads, non-personalised ads, or none. You can change that answer at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. We do not request consent where local law does not require it, for example in the United States, where you instead have the opt-out described above.

4. Children

PicQuad is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). Ad requests are marked as not child-directed and are limited to teen-rated ad content. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service integrated in the game, contact us and we will help resolve it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under the GDPR, the UK, California and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, most such requests concern the third parties listed above; we will help you direct them. Contact us at suchanskib@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security and retention

Game progress stays on your device and is under your control. Third-party services retain data according to their own policies. We do not keep any copies.

7. International transfers

The third-party services listed above are operated by Google LLC (USA) and its affiliates and may process data outside your country under the safeguards described in their policies (for EEA users, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the game or the law changes. The current version is always linked from the game's Google Play listing; material changes will be noted in the game's store listing or in the app.
